2.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, and green chili.
3.Add onions and sauté until soft. Add carrots, peas, and cook for a few minutes.
4.Pour in water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
5.Add roasted vermicelli and mix well. Cook until water is absorbed and vermicelli is soft.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!

5.Stir in cardamom powder and garnish with fried cashews and raisins.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well. Add chopped carrots, peas, and beans. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add Water and Vermicelli:
Pour in 1 ½ cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add curd/yogurt and mix well. Add roasted vermicelli, stir to combine, and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the vermicelli absorbs all the water and becomes soft.
5.Garnish and Serve:
Fluff up the biryani with a fork. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with raita or pickle!

Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashews and raisins until golden brown, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, add steamed ragi vermicelli and stir for a minute on low flame.
3.Add Coconut & Sugar:
Add grated coconut and sugar to the vermicelli. Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt (to enhance the sweetness).
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix everything gently.
4.Garnish & Serve:
